Frequently Asked Questions

What do I get for my day pass?
A day pass provides a desk and internet access for the day, as well as complimentary zoom pod use, meeting area and monitor/keyboard and tea/coffee facilities.
Are there any additional expenses?
Use of the printer and laminating/binding services are additional costs.
Can I bring clients in?
You are welcome to bring a client for a meeting in our garden area or in ‘Coral the Caravan’
Can I bring my pet to the workspace?
We are pet friendly. Dogs allowed at the Workspace Hosts’ discretion.

Can I host my own event and hire the space privately?
No, we don’t hire the space for private events at this stage.

Is there any after-hours access?
Not at present. We are hoping to offer after-hours access soon.

What sort of computers do you have available?
We have both up-to-date MAC and PC computers, as well as a gaming development computer available for hire and use, plus monitors and accessories.

What hours are you typically open?
We are open 9-5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at present. 5 days over December and January.

How many desks do you have for hire?
We currently have 6 available desks for drop-in hire, plus study hub and permanent rental desks.
Do you have any kitchen facilities?
Yes, we have a microwave, fridge and small kitchenette area for tea/coffee and heating of meals.

What if I only want to check my emails, do I need a day pass?
If you are only checking emails or plan on being in the workspace for only a short period of time, you can obtain a ‘Speedy Visit’ pass at half price.
